Refund policy

At Dask Designs, every product is made-to-order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

However, if your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item (and packaging if possible).

  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement right away or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • We do not require the product to be shipped back.

  • Refunds/replacements are only available for damaged, misprinted, or defective products.

  • We cannot guarantee size exchanges or returns for reasons unrelated to product quality.
